The CoblAges Project at the University of Vigo has entered its intergenerational practice phase.

One of the university groups that travelled to Lodoselo is taking part in six sessions, held throughout November and December, engaging in a debate with older residents of the village. The agreed topic is “care”, contrasting life in the village — supported by the community-based coexistence, participation, and care services promoted by Cdr O Viso — with aging in unfamiliar urban environments or in residential facilities that are equally distant from the reality of rural community life.

​On the occasion of the Magosto festival for San Martiño, the youth and elderly groups were joined by participants of other ages and generations, creating a genuine expression of intergenerational coexistence, enriched by popular culture and the typical products of autumn.
